Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Create engaging posts and promotional content.
• Assist in online customer engagement and brand promotion.
• Coordinate with the team to support digital marketing activities.
• Maintain records and assist with basic calculations related to orders and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in Canva for designing and CapCut for video editing.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong numerical and calculation skills.
• Creative, smart, and detail-oriented personality.
• Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
