• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Job Location: Samakhusi, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer support.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely.
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and upload social media posts.
• Reply to customer messages, calls, and SMS promptly.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve basic inquiries.

• Basic computer skills.
• Fast typing speed.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage social media platforms and handle customers effectively.
