• Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer / Admin Assistant
• Job Location: Aloknagar, Baneshwor, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the front desk and bar counter operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Enter and maintain guest information and records.
• Receive and answer phone calls.
• Provide customer support and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist with other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Active, responsible, and hardworking.
• Freshers with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn front desk and administrative tasks.
