Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure sales and profitability targets are achieved.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize stock losses.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Prepare reports, analyze store performance, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are properly followed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of relevant store management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
