Job Description: Training Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct employee induction and training programs.
• Identify training needs through regular branch and department assessments.
• Prepare training calendars, training materials, presentations, and evaluation reports.
• Monitor employee learning progress and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with department heads to improve employee performance through training initiatives.
• Conduct store visits to monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching.
• Prepare monthly training reports and recommend improvement plans.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, BBA, BBS, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different branches for training and monitoring.
• Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
• Ability to prepare training materials and reports.
• Positive attitude with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
