Job Description: Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure proper implementation of promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with stores and maintain effective communication.
• Monitor promotional performance and prepare reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and events.
• Collect market insights and competitor information.
• Support the development of promotional materials and POSM.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Promotion, or a similar role preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Creative, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
