Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items according to the restaurant's menu and standards.

• Prepare typical Nepali dishes and traditional Thakali sets.

• Prepare Chinese food items with proper taste and presentation.

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.

• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared on time.

• Maintain proper use and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.

• Assist in menu preparation and suggest new food items when required.

• Manage kitchen materials and ingredients efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12 Passed.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Chef.

• Must have strong knowledge of Nepali and Thakali cuisine.

• Must be able to prepare Chinese food items.

• Good understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety.

• Responsible, experienced, and able to work independently.

• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste.

Salary & Benefits
