Key Responsibilities

• Confirm customer orders through phone and online channels.
• Reply to customer messages promptly.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.
• Maintain proper communication with customers.
• Assist with basic online store and sales-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic communication skills.
• Active, smart, and forward-looking personality.
• Able to communicate politely and handle customers effectively.
