Job Responsibilities

• Serve customers politely and efficiently at the sweets shop.

• Take customer orders and serve sweets and other food items.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, serving areas, and the shop.

• Assist with arranging and displaying sweets and food items.

• Handle customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Support other daily shop activities as required.

• Perform general waiter duties efficiently and responsibly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• No specific academic qualification required.

• Must have some previous experience in a sweets shop, restaurant, or similar environment.

• Basic understanding of waiter/customer service work.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Must be active, hardworking, and responsible.

• Freshers with no work experience are not preferred.
