Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.
• Update and manage basic customer-related information.
• Perform other customer service-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-follow-up skills.
• Active and responsible candidate.
• Candidates from nearby Jorpati locations are preferred.
