Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers professionally.

• Take customer orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and the cafe area.

• Handle customer requests and provide good service.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.

• Perform other waiter-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• Previous waiter/cafe experience is required.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Must be active, hardworking, and responsible.

• Should be confident when communicating with customers.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy cafe environment.
