• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house service staff and coordinate daily operations.

• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the link between guests, servers, kitchen staff, and management.

• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Ensure smooth restaurant/hotel service and operational control.

• Coordinate food and beverage service with the kitchen.

• Monitor table setup, service quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

• Assist with daily operational and logistical activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Running.

• 1–3 years of relevant hotel/restaurant experience required.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent customer-service and guest-handling skills.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of hotel/restaurant operations.

• Familiarity with POS and property management systems is preferred.

• Must be active, confident, professional, and responsible.
