Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant staff.

• Manage guest seating and assist customers with table arrangements.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Ensure the front-of-house area runs smoothly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the reception and dining areas.

• Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• Basic knowledge of hostess or restaurant service duties.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to take orders accurately.

• Good understanding of guest greeting and seating procedures.

• Previous experience is preferred.
