Job Description: Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and manage store staff.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory control.
• Manage and monitor sales activities and targets.
• Handle basic accounting and financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially accounting and finance-related software.
• Experience working as an accountant in a mart or retail store is preferred.
• Valid bike/scooter license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 25,000 basic + additional incentives based on target achievement 
• Holiday: Monthly 1 day off.
