                             :5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards.

• Prepare Continental, Nepali, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.

• Support other kitchen duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: SLC Passed.

• Previous cooking experience is required.

• Good knowledge of Continental, Nepali, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
