• Handle customer calls and inquiries.

• Pack customer orders properly.

• Handle customer queries and provide good service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently.

• Roman typing skills are required.

• Previous experience is preferred.

• Friendly, active, and customer-oriented personality.
