• Working Hours: 9 Hours (6:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff during daily operations.

• Manage and oversee an assigned dining section.

• Act as the main link between guests and the restaurant team.

• Welcome guests and ensure they receive excellent service.

• Coordinate with the kitchen section to ensure smooth food service.

• Handle customer requests, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Ensure proper table service and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

• Support the restaurant team in maintaining efficient daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: SLC Passed.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain / Senior Waiter is required.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant and kitchen operations.

• Good leadership and staff management skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively between the dining and kitchen sections.
