Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately using the restaurant ordering software.

• Read and understand the menu properly.

• Serve food and beverages to customers.

• Handle front-area duties and assist customers with their needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area.

• Communicate with customers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Perform other waiter and cafe-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to read and understand the menu.

• Able to take orders using ordering software.

• Active, smart, and customer-friendly personality.

• Basic computer/software knowledge.

• Good teamwork and customer-service skills.
