Job Description: Factory Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Support general factory operations and daily production activities.
• Note down and coordinate work-related tasks of factory workers/artisans.
• Visit the market when required for factory-related work.
• Purchase and bring required materials for the factory.
• Create and post videos of shoes/products during free time.
• Assist with other operational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 Passed.
• Basic understanding of factory/operational work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very active, confident, and forward in communication.
• Must have a valid A-category motorcycle/scooter/moped license.
• Able to handle field and market-related tasks responsibly.
