Key Responsibilities

• Handle the company’s Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok accounts.
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries.
• Click and prepare product photos/videos for social media and online platforms.
• Pack online orders properly.
• Assist with other online store and customer support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 Passed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Freshers can apply.
• Must be very smart, active, and responsible.
• Good knowledge or interest in social media platforms is preferred.
