• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily banquet and party-place operations.

• Coordinate and manage staff during events and functions.

• Assign duties and give instructions to team members.

• Ensure smooth arrangements and service during banquets and events.

• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Handle operational issues and coordinate with the management team.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the venue.

• Support other event-management and supervisory duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree Passed.

• Previous experience in a related field is required.

• Candidates with a BSc or BSM background are preferred, as specified by the employer.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong team leadership and staff-management skills.

• Ability to manage banquet operations and coordinate events efficiently.
