• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Fill out DV and Lok Sewa application forms accurately.

• Enter and manage applicants' information using a computer.

• Assist customers with online form submissions and related processes.

• Handle document scanning, printing, and other basic office tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.

• Provide support and guidance to customers during the application process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have completed Grade 12.

• Good Nepali and English typing skills are required.

• Basic computer knowledge and internet-handling skills.

• Must be a fast learner with good attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Must be responsible, accurate, and willing to learn.
