Job Description:

We are seeking an Order Collector to handle customer orders in a bakery environment. The main responsibility is to receive orders via phone and properly record them in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive customer orders via phone calls
• Enter orders into the system or register
• Maintain accurate order records
• Coordinate with kitchen/production team for order preparation
• Ensure correct information is recorded and passed on

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Able to count and handle basic billing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply
