• Position: Restaurant Supervisor
• Industry: Hospitality, Food & Tourism
• Location: Bouddha, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide support when needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Captain is preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Should be active, smart, and responsible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage daily restaurant operations effectively.
