Position: Kitchen Incharge

Duty Time: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily kitchen operations.
• Assign tasks to kitchen staff and provide guidance to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage kitchen materials, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
• Ensure all staff follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen staff and management.
• Train and support newly hired staff.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure food is prepared and served on time while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations or supervision.
• Smart, active, and responsible personality.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train and guide staff effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
