Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
• Handle customer calls, messages, and follow-up communication professionally.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Update customer records and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
