• Education: 12 Passed

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00/6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and financial record-keeping activities.

• Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and accounting records.

• Manage billing and daily transactions accurately.

• Maintain sales, purchase, income, and expense records.

• Perform data entry and update financial records using MS Excel.

• Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documents.

• Handle Tax and VAT-related calculations and records.

• Use accounting software for day-to-day accounting work.

• Support other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience required.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Strong practical knowledge of billing and accounting software.

• Good knowledge of Tax and VAT.

• Good Accounting & Finance skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Must be active, responsible, accurate, and hardworking.
