Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant shift operations.

• Supervise and coordinate frontline staff.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.

• Assign duties to staff and ensure work is completed properly.

• Handle customer concerns and support staff when necessary.

• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant is required.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong team leadership and staff-management skills.

• Good understanding of guest service and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to handle daily operations and solve problems effectively.
